The British Council Valencia offers a wide range of classes for children (3 - 11 years), teenagers (12 - 17 years) and adults. There are courses for all levels, designed so that students can progress from beginner right up to Cambridge Proficiency (C2) Level. As well as general English courses, you can choose from Cambridge English exam preparation courses, business English and a variety of skills courses.

All our teachers are highly experienced, skilled professionals and we offer the best quality English courses in modern, well equipped classrooms with the latest multimedia learning technologies.

We support your learning both inside and outside the classroom. We offer:

How to pay

New students pay a €60 registration fee.

You can pay by:

  • Credit or debit card
  • Direct debit
  • Cheque to the British Council.

Discounts

The following discounts are available when booking a course:

Family discounts: 10% for two family members, 20% for three or more members.

Other discounts: for students registering in more than one course, students at the Colegio Alemán, Colegio Dominicos, Colegio Marianistas de Alboraya, members and family of the COEV, and annual passholders at the CAC.

You must notify us that you are eligible for a discount prior to paying for your course.

It is not possible to combine two or more discount types, and discounts do not apply to the €60 registration fee.

You will need to buy a textbook for most courses. We will give you a coursebook free if you register in the Premium Registration period. 

Refunds

In the case of a course being cancelled by the British Council, a full refund will be made. 

Cancellation is only available up to five days after the first class of your course. Where a student cancels a place after the course start date, a refund minus an administration fee of €60 will be made.

Registration fee is non-refundable in case of cancellation for new students.

Classes

The maximum number of students in early years classes is 12, and in all other classes the maximum is 14.

The centre reserves the right to cancel a class if less than six students register.

It is possible to recover classes if you cannot attend.
