As a result of the health crisis caused by Covid-19, our teaching centres will remain closed to the public this summer. However, we have resumed our face-to-face exam activities, and we continue to offer English classes and cultural activities online.
See below for more on our educational and cultural offer in Spain.
We are offering exams at our centres in Barcelona, Bilbao, Madrid and Valencia, as well as in other locations, including across Andalusia. Our exam activity in Palma de Mallorca will resume in the near future.

ENGLISH CLASSES / TEACHING CENTRES
All of our centres in Spain are closed at this time to the public. Following the guidelines of the relevant authorities, and as an alternative to in-person classes, we are now offering our classes online for students in Early Years, Primary, Secondary and Adults until September.
If you are a student, or parent of a student, please check your email regularly so that we can provide you with all the access details for our classes and learning resources online.

We have postponed all face-to-face events; however, our cultural programming continues through our online platforms. Sign up for our free Arts newsletter to get all the latest news.
BRITISH COUNCIL SCHOOL
Our British Council School premises in Somosaguas and El Viso will remain closed to students until the new school year begins in September. We have been teaching online, through our Escuela Virtual, over the past few months, and we will reopen, with more enthusiasm than ever, after the summer. Please get in touch with any questions here.
LEARN ENGLISH FROM HOME – FREE RESOURCES
Through the #AprendoconBritishenCasa initiative, the British Council is providing the public (including students, parents, teachers and exams candidates) with a wide variety of resources so that they can continue learning English from home. We will update the website regularly with new content. If you prefer, you can subscribe to our weekly newsletter to receive updates on new resources.
We’re also working with the Spanish national broadcaster, RTVE, and the Spanish Ministry of Education and Vocational Training to bring you 'Aprendemos en casa', an initiative providing primary and secondary students with a range of resources and materials. Check out our educational apps, games and videos on the EduClan website and the Clan TV YouTube channel.
