If you’ve never studied with us before or it’s more than a year since you did, you’ll need to do a free level  test. Choose a date and time below and we’ll send you an email confirming your appointment.

Adults (18+)

The level test consists of two parts:

  1. An online written test (maximum 30 minutes) which you can complete using the link in the confirmation email.
  2. An 15 minute oral test which you’ll do when you come to our centre for your appointment. During this personalised consultation, one of our teachers will advise on the best option to meet your objectives.

Please remember to do the online test before you come to the centre for your oral test.

Children (8-17 years)

  • Children do the level test in our centre on the day of the appointment you choose. The test takes about 45 minutes.
  • Children under 8 don’t need to do a placement test. If your child is aged 2 to 7, you can reserve an appointment here without a level test with one of our experts to find out more about your options.
