SEND (SPECIAL EDUCATIONAL NEEDS OR DISABILITIES)
Our teachers make necessary adjustments to accommodate students with special educational needs (SEN) or disabilities, ensuring that all learners can thrive. We have specialised SEND coordinators who provide guidance and support to our staff, students, and parents, ensuring the best possible learning experience. We are committed to supporting every learner with SEN. If your child has SEN and you’d like more information on how we can support them, please contact inclusion@britishcouncil.es
SAFEGUARDING
We take the well-being and safeguarding of our students very seriously. All British Council staff undergo criminal background checks and complete specialised safeguarding training to maintain the highest standards of safety and care.
Each centre and partner school has a dedicated safeguarding coordinator to oversee student safety and well-being. At the start of the course, you'll be informed about your designated safeguarding contact.
