The British Council has developed a training programme which contributes to supporting quality, professionalism and integrity in Education services across the world.

Our training programme certifies an agent's knowledge of the UK's Education system, its quality assurance processes as well as knowledge of important lifestyle issues (travel, accomodation, living costs).
