Erasmus preparation courses
Congratulations! You are going on ERASMUS, but are you really prepared to study in English?
At the request of Alcalá University, the British Council has created a 20 hour course to help students take full advantage of their period studying abroad. The Erasmus preparation course deals with areas such as:
- What are lecturers expecting from their Erasmus students?
- Looks at the different styles of lectures and teaching you could encounter.
- Obtain a better understanding of classes taught through English and improve your listening techniques.
- Understand how to extract the important information from the class.
- Improve your understanding and use of academic vocabulary.
- Write better papers and reports in English.
- Give presentations in English.
