Art & Language Uncompleted: The Philippe Méaille Collection features an extensive selection of works from the Art & Language collective.
The Art & Language collective is a collaboration of conceptual artists founded in the United Kingdom in the mid 1960's and remains active to this day.
This group of artists question the whole system of modern art and its vocabulary from a discursive and conversational perspective.
The exhibition charts the development of the collective and includes a wide range of art forms including microfilms, manuscripts, typescripts, layouts and final prints - many of which have never been exhibited before.
