Kicking off at 11pm on July 5th, the Puerta de Alcalá stage at the MADO Madrid Pride (Orgullo) will become the host of the #WeAreEquals programme, a special event offered by the British Council that brings together some of the most powerful talents from the UK’s newest music scene (L Devine, Jamz Supernova and Monarchy) together with a dj set mixed by Two Ex, a duo that was selected to take part in the #WeAreEquals Music Academy, a programme offering training, networking and visibility to emerging musical artists.
The kings of electropop Monarchy (the duo Andrew Armstrong and Ra Black), will offer a concert combining their sublime melodies with state-of-the-art visuals. After performing at festivals such as MadCool, Eurosonic or Bestival and organizing a flashmob for their performance in Coachella, their Madrid show, brimming with audiovisual effects, promises to be unforgettable.
