Since 2005 we have been collaborating with other institutions to promote the best of UK scientific achievements and raise public awareness on issues that impact British and Spanish people.

Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias

In Valencia we have been working on a series of lectures on “Astronomy” and “Scientific Truths” with Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias. We have been lucky enough to work with top British experts such as Marek Kukula, Marcus du Sautoy, John Zarnecki and Noel Sharkey among others.

Since the centennial of the Nobel Prize for Medicine to Santiago Ramón y Cajal in 2006, we have been collaberating with CIC bioGUNE and Fundación BBVA in Bilbao. Themes in these series range from “Aging and Cancer”, “Chemistry and Health”, “Rare Diseases” and “Can Medicine be Predictive?”.

We have been lucky to enjoy lectures from leading British experts like Sir Tim Hunt, Sir Tom Blundell and Professor Samar Hasnain.
