About

If you’re determined to improve your level of English, you have no excuses with the British Council Bilbao teaching offer. We’ve got alternatives for all students aged 4 and above. They not only improve their command of the English language but also learn how to use it in job interviews and in a wide range of legal and professional environments.

We’ve also got a wide offer of online and on-site classes for teachers. Thanks to these, you can develop your communication skills, improve your professional profile, get access to the best teaching methodologies and certify your level of English to get your dream job.

ENGLISH EXTRA | Much more than English classes

The best way to reinforce English learnt in class is by integrating it naturally into daily leisure activities. When you join the British Council, in addition to attending English classes which will help you achieve your goals, you will be able to enjoy a wide variety of services and activities free of charge, helping to to make the most of your academic and personal development. And of course when you register your child in a British Council centre, the whole family will also be able to enjoy a wide variety of complementary services and activities.

You can discover everything about English Extra here.

We also encourage you to develop your English outside the centre. We offer free storytelling sessions in various libraries, and also the programme 'Let’s go to the movies', where they will view and debate films and documentaries, thanks to our collaboration with the Guggenheim Museum.
