Career Guiding has become more difficult than ever before: a more complex and rapid changing future, access to programmes worldwide and very varied offers make the role of career advisor at schools a real challenging job.
Whether you are an experienced counsellor or new to the role, whether your school places great emphasis on career guiding or you can only dedicate a few hours a week, this first learning and networking event aims to share best practice, unite for collaboration and learn together. We hope to engage a mix of experienced and new school counsellors as well as counsellors from a variety of schools.
We expect this training day will become an ongoing annual development day for school counsellors in Spain but also and equally important, an opportunity for counsellors to meet and learn from each other and build a community of support that will reduce their stress in a very lonely and highly stressful profession.
